  19. Unless you have a different license agreement
  20. signed by Insight Concepts Inc., your use, distribution,
  21. or installation of this copy of Cloak v3.0
  22. indicates your acceptance of this License.

  26. this copy of Cloak v3.0. If you paid Insight Concepts Inc.
  27. or an authorized Insight Concepts Inc. distributor for this copy

  40. license for each workstation that will access Cloak v3.0

  44. Cloak v3.0 license, regardless of whether they
  45. use Cloak v3.0 at different times or concurrently.

  64. AUTHORIZE YOU TO USE Cloak v3.0 IN APPLICATIONS OR
  65. SYSTEMS WHERE Cloak v3.0 FAILURE TO PERFORM CAN
  66. REASONABLY BE EXPECTED TO RESULT IN A SIGNIFICANT PHYSICAL
  67. INJURY, OR IN LOSS OF LIFE. ANY SUCH USE BY YOU IS ENTIRELY
  68. AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND YOU AGREE TO HOLD INSIGHT CONCEPTS INC.
  69. HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIMS OR LOSSES RELATING TO SUCH UNAUTHORIZED USE.

  71. This Agreement is the complete statement of the Agreement between
  72. the parties on the subject matter, and merges and supersedes all
  73. other or prior understandings, purchase orders, agreements and
  74. arrangements.  This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of
  75. the State of New York.  Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for
  76. all matters relating to this Agreement shall be in courts and
  77. located in the State of  New York, and you consent to such
  78. jurisdiction and venue.

  80. All rights of any kind in Cloak v3.0 which are not expressly
  81. granted in this License are entirely and exclusively reserved
  82. to and by Insight Concepts Inc. You may not rent, lease, modify,
  83. translate,reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create
  84. derivative works based on Cloak v3.0.
